Summary:

'Dragging Me Down', latest single released from forthcoming studio album Red Moon Rising by Robert Jon & The Wreck rises up to the stratosphere!

Orange County, California born band Robert Jon & The Wreck return with all guns blazing, as they release ‘Dragging Me Down’, the second single taken from forthcoming studio album Red Moon Rising, released by Joe Bonamassa’s Journeyman Records on June 28th 2024.

To my ears it romps and stomps seismically on rabid riffing to keep the air guitarists happy, especially from the fretboard antics of lead guitarist Henry James Schneekluth to make for one of their heaviest songs. Five minutes of supreme rocking out scythed through my headphones, but a brief respite comes midway from soul searching choruses, returning for more striking lead prowess, firing up once more to close the song on frantic string bending fury!

Henry proclaims, “Its a bonafide, heavy hitting, riff-rock anthem based on an ill-faded one night stand, packed by punchy, overdriven guitar, pulsing drums and an anthemic rock vocal performance. This is sure to get you singing along and get your feet stomping!”
