Mordred Announce New Single And UK Tour

San Francisco based ExperiMetal Thrash band Mordred are back to tour the UK (and Ireland) this summer. Its 22 years ago since the band braced our shores and the band are thrilled to announce these dates and will be releasing their new single ‘The Baroness’ along with their back catalogue and ‘In This Live’ video which documents the sold out shows at the Marquee. They will be released through believe digital 11th August 2014.

Mordred have been on hiatus for a couple of decades and return with the recently reunited line-up responsible for “In This Life” and “Vision”.

The band quickly established themselves as an impressive live act with their first show with Possessed in ’84 and look forward to being on the road again.

“The land of kings is where Mordred was born, so to us it’s always been a blast to know that our greatest supporters are from there as well.” We plan to party like its 525!” (A.D.) Says bassist Arthur Liboon.

With their brand name straight out of Arthurian legend and their musical style a genre-hopping mash-up of Thrash seasoned with whatever flavours they like the taste of, it’s safe to say Mordred have never been afraid to challenge convention.
