Orchestral groove metal alchemists Xerath return to the island of Ireland as the headliners for this year’s PlanetMosh-backed Monsters Of Rot festival.
Monsters Of Rot takes place in Letterbreen, County Fermanagh (just outside Enniskillen) on Saturday August 1. Xerath will be joined by Gourd, the bastard doom child of Wreck Of The Hesperus and On Pain Of Death
and reclusive Fermanagh prog heads 100 Forests.
The line up is completed by the already announced Abaddon Incarnate, Altus, Attack The Day, Axecatcher, Bad Boat, Guttrench, Hollow Truth, Okus, Jobseekers and VxPxOxAxAxWxAxMxCx.
Meanwhile, Monsters Of Rot promoters Henchman Promotions are running a special competition to win the ultimate festival-going package, in the shape of two MOR V tickets, two T shirts, two jacket patches and two bottles of Buckfast. If the company’s Facebook page reaches 900 likes, then one lucky person will win the entire package, which they will able to collect from the festival book office on the day.
